OPP have been cleared of wrongdoing following an investigation by the SIU.
On December 4, 2020, a 35-year-old man rolled his SUV in Quinte West.
The driver is accused of turning away from an OPP RIDE check moments earlier.
He suffered serious injuries.
The Special Investigations Unit concluded that officers at the RIDE check have no offense or cause related to the man’s injuries.
