The property which housed the historic Hotel Quinte is up for sale once again.
The site, at the corner of Pinnacle and Bridge Street East, is currently owned by FairTradeWorks and the company was looking to construct a six-storey condo building called The Pinnacle.
In September Quinte News learned that the project was cancelled.
Low pre-sales and the COVID pandemic were cited as the reasons for the cancellation.
In September, FairTradeWorks President Jim Perkins announced the company was going back to the drawing board and not giving up on the property.
The MLS listing shows a price tag of $2.168 million for the one acre site at 211 Pinnacle Street
The building burned down in 2012.
