The City of Belleville, and Sierra Planning and Management are seeking public input for the future of Hillcrest Park.
The park, southeast of the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre, is the former site of Hillcrest Public School.
So far the municipality has announced that the Belleville Lawn Bowling Club, and the Children’s Safety Village would be re-located there, however there is still more available land.
The public consultation process will help determine the use for the remainder of the site, including the former school lands, and the original Hillcrest Park.
