Funeral arrangements have been made for late Belleville Councillor Pat Culhane, who passed away earlier this week, at the age of 73.
A private family service is being held to remember the life of the longtime councillor, with a public memorial to be scheduled when gathering restrictions have eased.
Anyone wishing to sign a book of condolences can still do that at Belleville City Hall, until Monday November 16, with people being asked to come during the business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and to respect social distancing and mask policies.
