Staff at Collins Bay Institution have found two packages of contraband in the prison’s medium security unit.
Corrections Officers found the packages around 9:30 p.m. last Saturday (September 5), which contained tobacco, cell phones and other drugs.
The total estimated institutional value of the items found is just under $180,000.
There was no information released on any charges being made in connection to the seizure.
