A 25-year-old man from Killaloe has been charged after reports of someone making harassing phone calls to employees at a Napanee business and then showing up in person.
Teenage staff at the Richmond Boulevard business reported a series of phone calls in June, July and August, that were sexual in nature and say a man came to the store twice more and made further sexual comments.
A Lennox and Addington OPP investigation has led to the arrest of 25-year-old Jander Allan Tully, who has been charged with two counts of criminal harassment and one count of breaching a release order.
Investigators say there may have been similar incidents in other areas and have put out a description of the suspect.
He’s a white man, about 5’6” and 170 lbs, with short straight black hair, brown eyes and glasses.
