One of the biggest summertime events held in the Quinte region has had to be cancelled due to the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic.
The Hastings County Plowing Match and Farm show which draws many thousands of people to the area every August has been postponed to next year.
The plowing match will be held in Stirling-Rawdon, at the farm of Duane and Bernadette Reddens.
The Reddens had been gearing up to host this year’s event.
