PHOTOS: Raise the Woof and raise the funds!

It was a laugh out loud event, all in support of the Quinte Humane Society.

The animal shelter hosted the Raise the Woof event, with stand up comedy, music, a silent auction, food, and more.

Executive Director Frank Rockett says the thousands raised will go to support a great cause.

He says the silent auction was a resounding success.

Rockett says it takes a lot of time for staff and volunteers to put the event on.
