They have a goal to raise $80,000 this year.
For the second year, the Trenton Military Family Resource Centre (MFRC) and 8 Wing PSP have joined forces with the Pond Hockey Classic to host the annual Winter Jubilee on Saturday February 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
There will be free winter activities for the entire family including wagon rides, skating, s’mores, balloons by Cassio Believe, music by Andy Forgie and more indoor and outdoor activities.
Saturday night, the fun continues with the Classics Pub Night from 6 – 11 p.m. at the Batawa Community Centre. The band Moonsugar will provide the entertainment, Prince Eddy’s will be on tap and Guapo’s Cantina will be catering the event.
There is also a live auction and two items up for bidding are a vacation in Orlando at the Hilton Grande Vacation CLub and a Cervélo C5 custom painted bike frame.
