Councillors recognized the efforts of one local man on Tuesday night during Price Edward County’s council meeting.
Donny Michael Duffy was given a certificate of recognition for his efforts to help beautify the area streets.
Mayor Robert Quaiff says Duffy has been doing this for a number of years at his own expense.
He also noted, it wasn’t just garbage and the sides of the roads Duffy was cleaning up.
Duffy received a number of bag tags as part of the presentation so he can continue the work he’s been doing for a number of years.
