Competition among artists begins tomorrow (Thursday) as the Belleville and Bay of Quinte Plein Air Festival begins.
Artists will be at work in the outdoors at various locations throughout urban and rural Belleville.
Many will be seen working in and near the downtown.
Saturday, the Plein Air Festival will see musicians at three different stages in the downtown, along with arts and crafts up for sale. All festival events are free and open to the public.
