The two-day Hastings County Plowing Match and Farm Show got underway Wednesday at the farm of Jim and Janice Sandercock on Johnstown Road in Quinte West.
The show features small farming and large agri-biz displays.
The plowing matches feature media, dignitaries, 4-H plowing and plowing with horses.

The annual Hastings County Plowmen’s bursary program will once again award an eligible student, enrolled in a post-secondary agriculture-related program, with a $15,000 bursary.
The Farm Show runs through Thursday as well.
