It seems as if the house at 198 West Moira Street has been stricken with a case of terrible fortune.
Early Saturday morning, a two-vehicle collision led to six people being taken to hospital, with one of the cars striking the house and causing minor damage.
In October 2015, the home suffered an explosion and went up in flames following a gas line leak during construction work.
The house will hope to attract better luck in the future.
