The Napanee Raiders and Port Hope Panthers hooked up for a third straight year in the Jr C hockey playoffs and it was the hometown Panthers claiming a game 1 victory last night by a score of 4-0.
Four different Panthers scored goals, top defenceman Cameron McGill had three assists and Sheldon Calbury stopped all 14 shots he faced in net for the shutout.
Jeremy Wasson kept 33 of 37 pucks out of his net in the loss.
