Tuesday night saw the Christmas celebration for the Quinte Home Builders Association.
As part of the celebrations, outgoing President Gord McCrady handed out the Member of the Year award.
It was given to Kerry Patrick, an Account Executive with Quinte Broadcasting (CJBQ, Rock 107, Mix 97 & Quinte News).
Patrick, (a member of the Home Builders Board of Directors), was given the award for going above and beyond for the association.
Tony Engelsdorfer is the incoming President for the Board of Directors.
