Rail line ties caught fire in Tyendinaga Township overnight.
Around 10:30 p.m. Thursday, Tyendinaga fire was called to Blessington Road, at the CP tracks between Whalen and Marysville Road.
An employee on a passing train noticed the fire and called it in.
The flames were dealt with quickly.
No cause has been released.
