OPP have updated a story from earlier Friday, where a man was killed in a workplace accident in Prince Edward County.
County OPP say they were called at 10:30 a.m., where the 27-year old Napanee-area man fell from an elevated position, while working on a barn and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say a heavy equipment operator also suffered minor injuries, but didn’t require medical treatment.
The victim’s name is not being released, at the request of the family, who are making their own arrangements.
Police and the Ministry of Labour are both continuing to investigate the incident and a post mortem will be conducted in Toronto tomorrow.
