The Trent Port Marina at the mouth of the Trent River in Quinte West is just the beginning of development on the waterfront.
At its meeting tonight, Quinte West council will be asked to approve the development of a master plan involving trails focussing on land near the marina.
It’s recommended local firm Wentworth Landscapes create the plan at a cost of $48,000.
Quinte West council meets at 6:30 p.m. at city hall.
