Brighton’s Proctor House Museum is going to be getting a facelift, thanks to some cash from the Ontario Trillium Foundation.
MPP Lou Rinaldi announced today, the museum will get $17,000 to make exterior improvements.
The plan is to prevent the building from deteriorating any further and making sure it’s in tip-top shape for Canada’s 150th birthday in 2017.
The museum, which was restored in 1976, will remain open during the entire work period.
