Two arrests made early this morning outside a Belleville elementary school. A fleet of officers responded to an alarm in a portable at the Sir McKenzie Bowell Public School on Harder Drive, just after 4am, and a foot-chase involving two young suspects took place. Computer equipment was recovered in the yard. Two young teens were apprehended.
