Quinte West council will consider investing $100,000 to support the upcoming Quinte International Air Show at its meeting Tuesday night.
8 Wing Base Commander Colonel Colin Keiver and others will give a general overview of the two day event scheduled for late June at the meeting.
In a report, Quinte West staff write that the 100 thousand dollars would cover the costs of planning and creating a temporary RV camp ground as well as organizing a big party in Centennial Park on the Saturday night of the event.
Quinte West council meets Tuesday evening at 6:30 at city hall.
