The Belleville Police Service is investigating a road-rage incident that resulted in a collision.
Police say two male drivers were involved in a loud verbal altercation early Thursday evening with one of the drivers reportedly concerned the other driver may have been consuming alcohol.
At one point the two vehicles sideswiped one another.
Following the collision, one of the drivers allegedly left the area, travelling south on North Park Street toward College Street. Officers later confirmed the vehicle and driver that left the scene were associated with an address in Brighton.
The investigation into this two-vehicle collision, including an allegation of failing to remain at the scene, is ongoing.
