A big announcement is expected at Monday’s meeting of Belleville Council.
Mayor Neil Ellis has told Quinte News that he will be speaking about a large retail development along Bell Blvd.
Mayor Ellis would not say who the main tenant would be. He did say he plans to offer more details at the upcoming council meeting.
