A new candidate has filed his nomination papers to run for Ward 1 – Trenton seat on Quinte West City Council.
Robert Wharram officially filed his papers on Monday.
Wharram joins Mike Cowan and Paul Bartz as names running in Ward 1.
Candidates must file their nomination papers with the city clerk before the close of nominations on Friday, Aug. 21, at 2 p.m
