OPP have laid impaired driving charges after an incident in Quinte West.
Officers responded to reports of a possible impaired driver at a restaurant drive-through at around 4 a.m. on Thursday.
The driver was arrested and brought to the detachment for testing.
Fifty-two-year-old Joshua Calladine of Frankford was charged with failure or refusal to comply with demand.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on April 30, 2026.
His vehicle was impounded for seven days, and licence suspended for 90 days.
