Both Quinte region OJHL teams are looking at series sweeps in their first round playoff series.
However, one is looking at moving on in the post-season while the other is about to see its
season end.

In game 3’s Tuesday night the Trenton Golden Hawks beat Lindsay 5 to 2 while the Wellington Dukes lost to Pickering 3 to 2.
The G-Hawks now have a 3 games to none lead in the best of 7 while Pickering has a stranglehold on its series with the Dukes.
What could be deciding game 4’s for both teams will come Friday night. Trenton will be in Lindsay at 7 o’clock and Pickering will be in Wellington for a 7:30 start.
In Jr. C playoff action Tuesday night Lakefield now have a 2 games to none lead in their semifinal series with Picton, beating the Pirates 4 to 2.
Game 3 is in Picton Thursday at 7:30.
Meanwhile also Thursday the Napanee Raiders will be in Frankford for a 7 o’clock start.
The Huskies lead the series 2 games to none.
