Two all-star basketball games are being held at Eastside Secondary School on Thursday.
The event, held by the Belleville Spirits Boys, is raising funds for The Children’s Foundation – Playing For Keeps program.
Players from eleven schools across the Bay of Quinte will be playing, with a total of 20 players in each age group (20 juniors, 20 seniors).
All-Star jerseys will be provided by Belleville Spirits Boys with admission fees helping to offset the cost of jerseys.
The players will wear their team shorts to represent their high school.
The junior boys game starts at 5 p.m., senior boys at 7 p.m.
A trophy will be awarded to the winning team of their respective All-Star Game.
During halftime of both games, there will be a three-point contest.
Players will have one minute to get through the five racks of 25 basketballs in total.
The top two scores will compete in a head-to-head final at the same time, with the winner awarded a three-point champion plaque.
Admission is free for kids and high school students, with a $5 admission for all adults.
