Quinte West has released its 2025 annual public sector salary disclosure, including the “Sunshine List” of employees receiving more than $100,000 annually.
Compared to 2024, the list grew by 17 people to a total of 77. The list includes 46 city employees, 18 fire employees, 11 water and wastewater employees and two library employees.
At the top of the list is the former Chief Administrative Officer, David Clazie, with a salary of $217,692.33. The current Chief Administrative Officer, Chris Angelo, placed second with a salary of $215,602.53. Angelo became the CAO officially on the 8th of July, 2025. They were the only two with salaries posted above the $200,000 mark.
The Sunshine List came in in 1996 and the amount has not changed in nearly 30 years.
Making $100,000 the would be the equivalent of about $186,000 in 2026.
