Belleville’s Downtown District was packed with soup-lovers Saturday for the 22d annual Savour the Chill soup-tasting and
contest.
The Kafana, located in Century Place, was the Judge’s Choice with its Ukrainian Borshch.
The People’s Choice Award has not been decided yet and online voting closes Monday February 23 at 8 a.m.
Sixteen businesses took part in this year’s Savour the Chill.
