The City of Belleville is moving forward with the Bridge Street East Reconstruction Project to address aging infrastructure between Herchimer Avenue and Haig Road.
The road works are planned to address aging underground infrastructure. Work will include replacing the local sewers and water main, which have reached end of life.
The project is expected to cause temporary traffic, access and service impacts. A public consultation centre will be held on Wednesday, March 4, at Belleville City Hall, in the SMB Room, to provide project details, anticipated timelines and information on what to expect during construction.
