Quinte West has approved several applicants to receive funds through the 2026 Community Fund Grant.
Sixteen applicants have been approved, for a total of $61,000 in funding.
The funds are going towards a varied set of programs including food box and meal programs, art and theatre initiatives, recreational programs, service enhancements for children and families, and events for seniors.
The community grant program offers funding to individuals, organizations, groups, events and businesses supporting community initiatives and programming that contribute to the safety and well-being of the community.
