Environment Canada has changed its weather alert from a winter storm watch to a snowfall warning.
The weather agency is continuing to call for hazardous winter conditions beginning on Wednesday morning.
Between ten and fifteen centimetres of snow are expected, with snow mixing with ice pellets at times.
The low pressure system is expected to continue through to Wednesday evening.
