The Belleville Police Service has arrested a Kingston police officer in a criminal harassment investigation.
In October 2025, Belleville police received a request from the Kingston Police Service to conduct an independent investigation into an allegation of criminal harassment involving one of their members.
On Wednesday, as a result of the investigation, the member was arrested and charged with one count of criminal harassment.
The Kingston police officer member was released on an undertaking with conditions and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
No further details are being provided by Belleville police in order to protect the privacy of those involved and to maintain the integrity of the investigation.
