An industry in Trenton had to be evacuated early Thursday morning as a light haze filled the building.
Quinte West firefighters and Hastings-Quinte Paramedic Services responded to the Domtech plant on East Davis Street at around 3:45 a.m. after the haze was reported.
After employees left the building it was ventilated.
One person was assessed by paramedics.
An investigation continues. Domtech is a longtime manufacturer of wire and cables.
