A Frankford man is facing charges including impaired driving after a vehicle nearly collided with a police cruiser.
Police did not provide many details but say it happened while Quinte West OPP conducted a traffic stop around 5 a.m. on January 12.
Charges against 24-year-old James Johnson include operation while impaired – drugs, dangerous operation and fail to remain.
He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court next month.
