Community Services of Belleville and District (CSBD) is pleased to welcome Adrianna Vanderneut as the agency’s new executive director, effective December 1, 2025. CSBD Board Chair, Cathy McCallum, says the Board is grateful to Nicole Chevalier, current Executive Director, for her capable leadership and many years of dedicated service to CSBD in her previous roles as Clinical Services Manager, Individual, Marital and Family Therapist, and Family Court Clinic Assessment Worker. “While the Board and staff are sad to see Nicole leave, we wish her a healthy and fulfilling retirement.”
With nearly two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector, Adrianna Vanderneut is well positioned to lead CSBD into its next chapter. Most recently, Adrianna served as Director of Quality, Compliance & Evaluation at Blue Door in York Region, a leading organization delivering innovative and collaborative housing, employment, and health programs designed to address the root causes of homelessness.
Adrianna brings extensive expertise in nonprofit leadership and governance, having previously served as Executive Director of Durham Youth Services for more than five years. She has also dedicated over a decade to teaching psychology, mental health, and counselling courses at Durham College. Passionate about supporting the people CSBD serves, Adrianna is committed to advancing programs and services that make a meaningful impact in the community. “Adrianna’s blend of frontline experience, executive leadership, and academic insight will help CSBD continue to thrive in providing supports and services to our clients and the community.” says McCallum.
