Correctional Service Canada reports that between November 23 and December 2 multiple packages containing contraband and unauthorized items were seized at Collins Bay Institution.
Items seized included tobacco, marijuana, crystal methamphetamine, “shatter” (cannabis concentrate), as well as a cell
phone.
The estimated institutional value of these seizures is approximately $153,431.
Collins Bay is a multi-level security federal institution.
