The Wellington Dukes slipped past the North York Rangers 6-5 in overtime on Friday.
Sacha Trudel, Zachary Carrier, Landon Marleau, and Tristan Williams scored for the Dukes.
The Rangers opened scoring in just 10 seconds of play once the puck hit the ice, but the Dukes came back to even the score just three minutes later. In the second period, the Dukes took the lead with four goals. The Rangers managed to score twice, in the second, before scoring two more unanswered goals in the third to tie the game once again and send the teams into overtime, where the Dukes scored the game winner.
