The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of their statutory release.
Jeffrey Sparks is described as a Caucasian Male, 67 years old, 5’11”, 209lbs , grey hair, and hazel eyes with tattoos of a praying mantis on his left forearm, and praying hands on his left arm.
Sparks is serving a 19-year, 8-month, and 22-day sentence for:
- Possession of Break In Instruments
- Mischief in Relation to Other Property
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime – Over $5000
- Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle
- Flight while Pursued by Peace Officer
- Attempt Indictable Offence
- Break and Enter with Intent to Commit Indicatable Offence
- Break and Enter and Commit Indicatable Offence
- Theft Under $5000
- Impaired Driving
- Fail to Provide Breath/Blood Sample
- Assault with a Weapon
- Theft of Motor Vehicle
The offender is known to frequent Toronto, Newmarket, Oshawa, and Durham Ontario & Gatineau, Quebec.
