The volleyball teams were in Peterborough to take on the Fleming Phoenix Friday night.
The women’s team pulled off a big comeback after dropping the first two sets to win 3-2.
The men made quick work of the Phoenix with a 3-0 victory.
Lancer women’s volleyball is now 1-5 on the season, men are 4-2.
The volleyball teams are back home Saturday and Sunday next weekend.
They host the Seneca Sting on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.and the Canadore Panthers on Sunday also at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m

The basketball teams were on the road Saturday to battle the Seneca Sting.
The women’s team won 62-54 and is now 5-0 on the season.
The men’s team lost a tight battle against the Sting in a 109-105 final.
The team is now 2-3 on the season
Veteran Lancer Romain McCalla put up 35 points in the game while first year teammate Tai Ajose added 29.
Next game: basketball at home Tuesday vs St. Lawrence Surge.
Women play at 6:00 p.m., while the men are at 8:00 p.m..
