The number of people counted as homeless in Hastings County, including Belleville and Quinte West, was down slightly in the last three months.
A quarterly report known as the Built for Zero Report Card shows at least 251 people were without housing in Hastings County in the months July through September.
Out of that total, 163 were listed as chronically homeless.
Meanwhile, 54 people moved into housing in the last quarter while 10 people who had been housed returned to being homeless.
