Prince Edward County OPP are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.
Robert Billyard, 68 years old, was last seen at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday walking on Pinnacle Street in Belleville.
Billyard is described as 6′ tall with a thin build. He has a scruffy grey beard, blue eyes and wears glasses.
He could be wearing a black toque and jacket and blue jeans.
