The Central Lakes Association of Realtors has released its October housing market stats.
In their report, the association highlights market stability, with sales and prices remaining steady in most areas the association keeps track of.
In Belleville, 58 homes were sold at a median price, where half the homes sold were above that cost and the other half below, of $472,500. More homes were sold in October than September, with only 48 homes sold at a median price of $561,000. A total of 635 homes have been sold in Belleville so far this year with a median price of $520,000.
In Quinte West, 43 homes were sold at a median price of $526,000. This is a slight increase in sales over September’s 41, but the median price fell compared to the previous month’s $550,000. So far in 2025, 556 homes have sold in Quinte West with a median price of $530,000.

In Brighton there were 23 sales with a median price of $650,000. In September, 18 homes were sold for a median price of $635,000. So far this year, 192 homes were sold in Brighton with a median value of $639,950.

In Prince Edward County, 49 homes were sold in October with a median price of $526,000. The total number of sales increased compared to September’s 45. The median cost of homes fell significantly, with homes selling for a median price of $695,000 in the previous month. So far in 2025, 336 homes have sold in the county, with a median price of $671,250.
