A Quinte West man is facing a charge of failure to comply with an undertaking, related to an investigation involving Sidney Ward neighbours.
According to court documents obtained by Quinte News, the charge was laid against Peter Chisholm in late August.
The original investigation by OPP involved alleged interaction with neighbours, going back to January 2023.
They alleged harassing behaviour, including the sending of harassing letters to the victims’ employers.
Peter Chisholm is charged with Criminal harassment, Mischief, Harassing communications x 2, while Jerri Chisholm is charged with Mischief
None of the allegations has been proven in court.
Several sources to Quinte News indicate a warrant was served this week at the Chisholm’s home, with several unspecified items seized.
