Three people have been taken to hospital after a three-vehicle collision on Highway 401 in Kingston.
Frontenac OPP were called to the scene on the westbound lanes, east of Sydenham Road, just after 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
Frontenac Paramedics and the Kingston Fire Department also responded to the crash.
Police say the injuries of those taken to hospital were described as minor.
A 27-year-old man from Laval, Quebec has been charged with careless driving and for having windows obstructed by tint that is too dark.
While the highway remained open, there were temporary lane closures in place.
