Intimate Partner Violence
On October 29, 2025 at 3:39 p.m., Belleville police responded to a residence in the city’s west end regarding a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the involved parties. It was reported that a female attempted to wake her partner, who then pushed her against a wall. The male reported that the female then began punching him.
As a result of investigation, the following persons were arrested and charged:
A 22-year-old Belleville man was arrested and charged with assault. He was held for a bail hearing.
A 21-year-old Belleville woman was arrested and charged with assault and failure to comply with a probation order. She was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court in December.
Impaired Driver
On October 29, 2025 at 10:21 p.m., Belleville police responded to a report of a single-vehicle collision in the city’s north end. Upon arrival, officers observed a vehicle flipped over on a lawn. They also observed a male walking down the street who appeared unsteady. Officers approached the male and observed signs of impairment.
Further investigation revealed that the licence plates on the vehicle were not registered to it.
As a result, Daniel Leblanc, a 35-year-old Belleville man was arrested and charged with:

He was released on an undertaking with a scheduled court date in December.
