On Sunday, October 26, 2025 at approximately 2 p.m., members of East Division responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a vehicle and pedestrian in the area of Olive Avenue and Townline Road South.
A motor vehicle was heading east on Olive Avenue, making a left-hand turn onto Townline Road South, when it struck a pedestrian who was crossing the roadway at a marked crosswalk.
The 66-year-old pedestrian was seriously injured and transported to a local-area hospital where they remain in critical condition.
The driver of the motor vehicle remained on scene and did not sustain any injuries.
