Two local residents are facing charges after an indecent act was reported in a Belleville park.
On Friday around 12:30 p.m., a man was observed circling in the parking lot for about 90 minutes.
A complainant observed two men performing an indecent act in a vehicle.
A 63-year-old Prince Edward County man and a 74-year-old Belleville man were both charged with committing an indecent act in a public place.
They have court dates next month.
