Belleville police used video recorded by a victim to identify the suspect in an indecent exposure case.
On Friday morning, police received a report that an unknown male exposed himself to a female in the area of Moira Street West.
Police reviewed the video taken by the victim and around noon, located the suspect walking along Front Street.
Todd Brown, a 60-year-old Belleville man, was arrested and charged with committing an indecent act.
He was held for a bail hearing.
