Belleville police have made an arrest following a domestic dispute in the city’s east end.
Police responded to a residence at 12:47 p.m. on Wednesday.
It was reported to police that a male and female had been involved in a verbal altercation.
As a result of an investigation, officers learned the male currently had a warrant outstanding from the Belleville Police Service for mischief under $5000 and failing to comply with a probation order.
A 25-year-old Warkworth man was arrested on the strength of the warrant.
He was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court in December.
